Adventures in Acadia
A Collection of Photo-Essays

These pages contain photo-essays of our family trips to Acadia National Park, which is adjacent to the village of Bar Harbor, Maine.  The publication dates for the essays are fraudulent; they have been altered so that viewers will see the essays in logical order, beginning with "Memories and Anticipation," which gives an introduction to the area.  "Cadillac Mountain Sunrise" describes an experience on one of our early trips.  The rest of the essays through "Cadillac Revisited" are based on our most recent visit in June 2003.  Entries after that (also with fraudulent dates to keep them in the right order) return to memories of previous visits.
